Notes for this activity:This 60-minute workout will focus on developing total body muscular strength! Class is designed through the American Council on Exercise and certified fitness instructor, Linnae Anderson. Linnae will work with each participant to choose the correct weights/resistance to challenge themselves to develop their functional strength and reach their goals. All ability levels are welcomed!
