Notes for this activity:This is a 60-minute strength training class is choreographed by Linnae Anderson, American Council on Exercise fitness instructor. Linnae will work with each participant to choose the correct weights/resistance to challenge themselves to develop their functional strength and reach their goals. All ability levels are welcomed!
