    243180 - Strength Training

    This is a 60-minute choreographed strength training class using benches, barbells, and dumbbells. Exercises performed address all the major muscle groups. By choosing the correct amount of weight and resistance, participants will challenge themselves to develop their functional strength and see results. All ability levels are welcomed. This class is taught by American Council on Exercise group fitness instructor, Linnae Anderson. Please bring: water and towel.
